Delivery
Once the order is completed and paid for in our online store, the package will be sent within the next working days. Across Canada, delivery costs will be calculated based on the distance traveled.
Free delivery with purchases of $250 or more.
Item availability
We do our best to keep our online inventory up to date, but sometimes an item you ordered may not be available. We will contact you as soon as possible if there is anything preventing us from delivering your order.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, simply return it to us for an exchange or refund. Boutique La Raffinerie accepts returns within 20 days of the date of purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition, having never been worn and with all tags. Freight and shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. All jewelry, lingerie, swimwear and sale items are final sales and cannot be returned. Returns must be sent prepaid. Please include a note explaining the reason for your return.
We are not responsible for packages lost or sent to the wrong address.

Boutique La Raffinerie will refund customers with the same payment method used during the original purchase. Returns are made upon receipt of the goods. You will receive an email confirmation when your exchange or return has been made. In the event that the goods cannot be exchanged, we will refund you. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the goods do not meet our returns policy. Online purchase only.
Returns and Exchange in store
Customers may return an item and exchange it for an identical product or another product of equal value. Instead of a refund, a credit of the purchase amount is given for future use in store. The condition of the returned product(s) must be in its original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
Return and Exchange for holiday season
Customers can return or exchange gift items received between December 1st and January 7th, 2025, a special exception for the holiday season.
