Main responsibilities:

Prerequisites
-A college diploma in Fashion and/or Management
-Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience related to the position of manager;

Main tasks
Sales Management:
Maintain outstanding customer service
Act as an excellent ambassador for the store both on and off work hours.
Achievement and monitoring of pre-established sales objectives by achieving high quality sales.
Ensure good communication with the customer by ensuring that post-sales follow-ups are respected and up to date
Key person for sending and monitoring web sales
Ensure that visual presentation standards and store cleanliness are respected at all times.
Checking openings and closings
Loss and theft prevention

Staff management:
Daily communication with each person while maintaining constant communication on
varied subjects.
Delegate certain tasks according to skills and interests and monitor results.

Participation in annual performance reviews and inquiring about each person's well-being on a recurring basis.

Inventory management:
Monitor the inventory level of each category on a recurring basis.

Receipt of goods on a weekly basis
Maintain our supplies at a good stock level by ordering as needed.
Monitoring the delivery status of a special order and the deadlines to be respected.
Maintain our good relationships with our suppliers on a daily basis by being the
contact person for all requests for restocking, exchanges and damages.

Administration:
Writing and handling emails received via info@ and comptabilite@, then carrying out
or delegate the resulting tasks
Feed and manage our Monday management system with all the tasks to be carried out and projects to be carried out.
Classification of invoices on a weekly basis. Put the content of the month back in the
