Primary Duties
Sales Management:
Maintain outstanding customer service
.Act as an excellent ambassador for the store both on and off the job.
Achieving and tracking pre-established sales goals by making high quality sales.
Ensure good communication with the customer by making sure post-sale follow-ups are respected and up to date
Key person for web sales mailings and follow-ups

Personnel Management:
Daily communication with each keeping constant communication on

Participate in annual performance appraisals and inquire about the well-being of each on a recurring basis.
Inventory Management:
Track inventory levels for each category on a recurring basis.
Modify future deliveries as needed based on the current store situation.
Receiving goods on a weekly basis
.Maintain our supplies at a good inventory level by ordering as needed.
Follow up on special order delivery status and deadlines.
Maintain our good relationships with our suppliers on a daily basis by being the
contact person for all requests for restocking, exchanges and damages.
Administration:
Drafting and taking care of emails received via info@ and comptabilite@, then perform
or delegate the resulting tasks
Populate and manage our Monday management system with all the tasks to be done and projects to be completed.
Classification of invoices on a weekly basis. Turn in the contents of the month in the
first week following.
Posting of objectives & tasks
Writing of documents and submission of various reports.
